Anting-anting (Acalypha australis Linn.)

PART USED:
All the plants, the use of fresh or dried.

USE:
1. Basiler dysentery and amoebic dysentery.
2. Diarrhea, children with low weight (malnutrition) and
     indigestion.
3. Vomiting blood, nosebleeds, blood stools (melena), blood urine
     (hematuria).
4. Malaria.

USE:
9-15 grams dried or 30-60 grams of fresh, boiled, drinking.

EXTERNAL USE:
Crushed fresh herbs, paste or boiled, the water for washing.
Used for ulcers, ulceration, bleeding wounds, eczema, dermatitis,
snake bites.

HOW TO USE:
1. Dermatitis, eczema, ulceration:
     Fresh herbs to taste boiled, the water to wash in place
     ill.

2. Bleeding, wound out:
     Fresh herbs plus sugar to taste, crushed and
     affixed to a hospital.

3. Dysentery amoeba:
     30-60 grams of dried plant (entire stem) boiled, a day divided
     2 times drinks, as long as 50-10 days.

4. Diarrhea, dysentery basiler, vomiting blood, nosebleeds, dysentery (melena),
    cough:
     Dried herbs 30-60 grams of boiled, drinking.

5. Dysentery basiler:
     Acalypha australis 30-60 grams, Portulaca oleracea (Bracelet) and
     sugar 30 grams each cob, drink after a cold.
